Super Duplex Steel Sheets and Plates are composed of approximately 50% austenitic phase and 50% ferritic phase, with key alloying elements including 19-28% chromium, 4-7% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, and small amounts of nitrogen, copper, and tungsten. This composition provides superior strength, corrosion resistance, and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 620-850 MPa, yield strength of 450-600 MPa, and an elongation of around 25%. Super Duplex Steel is ideal for use in aggressive environments, such as offshore, chemical processing, and marine industries.
