410S Sheets and Plates are low-carbon, non-hardening grades of 410 stainless steel. They have around 11.5–13.5% chromium content and lower carbon content (≤ 0.08%), which enhances weldability and minimizes the risk of hardening and cracking during welding. These sheets provide medium tensile strength (approximately 415 MPa), excellent ductility, and superior resistance to oxidation and scaling up to 649°C. Their reduced carbon content also improves their corrosion resistance in mildly corrosive environments, making them ideal for structural applications as well as thermal applications.
