Chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), titanium (≥5×C%), and iron make up the majority of stainless steel 316Ti foils. Mechanically, 316Ti has an elongation of roughly 40%, a yield strength of about 205 MPa, and a tensile strength of about 515 MPa.
