**Stainless Steel 17-7 PH Sheets and Plates** are precipitation-hardened stainless steel items made of about 17% chromium and 7% nickel with traces of aluminum so that age hardening can be facilitated. This alloy provides high tensile strength (to 1310 MPa), good fatigue and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and retains its mechanical properties up to 600°F (316°C). It is magnetic in solution-treated and heat-treated conditions and can be cold formed in the annealed condition and hardened by aging.
