Inconel Foils are nickel-chromium alloys, and common compositions are nickel (≥58%), chromium (17–21%), and iron (5%). They exhibit excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, especially in high-temperature service. Inconel Foils exhibit superior tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa and superior fatigue resistance, with the working temperature limit over 1000°C. Their mechanical stability under harsh conditions makes them suitable for critical applications.
