Inconel 718 has ~50–55% nickel, 17–21% chromium, 4.75–5.5% niobium, and 2.8–3.3% molybdenum, with trace amounts of aluminum and titanium. When aged, it has tensile strengths up to 1240 MPa and yield strength of around 1035 MPa. The alloy is very resistant to creep, fatigue, and thermal deformation up to 700°C. It is also resistant to corrosion and oxidation. Inconel 718 rings retain toughness, structural stability, and weldability, making them ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature parts.
