Incoloy 825 Foils consist of nickel (38–46%), chromium (19.5–23.5%), iron (at least 22%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), and copper (1.5–3%), along with trace amounts of titanium and other elements. This unique composition grants them exceptional resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids, such as sulfuric and phosphoric acid. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 70,000–85,000 psi and a yield strength of 30,000–40,000 psi.
