Alloy 20 is generally made up of ~42% nickel, ~20% chromium, ~3% copper, ~2–3% molybdenum, and low carbon for weldability. The alloy offers tensile strength of ~570–620 MPa and yield strength about ~300–310 MPa. It exhibits superb resistance to sulfuric acid, chloride ions, pitting, and stress-corrosion cracking. Alloy 20 Slitting Coils exhibit toughness, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability during processing. They have weldability and corrosion resistance retained after fabrication and are suitable for precision chemical strip components.
