The composition of Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Coils includes nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (the balance), along with controlled amounts of carbon, aluminum, and titanium. These adjustments improve creep resistance and metallurgical stability at high temperatures. Incoloy 800H features a higher carbon content, while 800HT is optimized with aluminum and titanium for enhanced strength at elevated temperatures. These coils boast a tensile strength of around 75,000–85,000 psi and a yield strength of 30,000–45,000 psi. The alloy maintains its structural integrity at temperatures reaching up to 1100°C (2010°F), providing excellent weldability and resistance to thermal fatigue.
