Nimonic 90 is a high-performance nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy enriched with trace elements like titanium and aluminum for superior strength and oxidation resistance. Its typical composition includes Ni (60% min), Cr (18-21%), Co (15-21%), Ti (2-3%), and Al (1-2.5%). Mechanical properties are equally impressive, featuring a tensile strength of 965 MPa, yield strength of 690 MPa, and exceptional creep resistance up to 920°C.
